Build HR, Shape Culture, and Support Aritma’s Growth
We’re growing fast – and now we need someone to own people, culture, and structure fully. As our first HR-hire and Head of People, you’ll play a key role in building a scalable HR foundation, developing our team, and maintaining our strong culture as we grow and scale internationally!
🧭 About the Role
You’ll be our first HR leader and get full mandate to build the People function: everything from employer branding and recruitment to performance management, compensation, culture, and leadership development. The role reports directly to the CEO and works closely with the leadership team.
You’ll be both a strategist and operator, with real influence from day one.
🎯 Responsibilities
Recruitment and Growth:
- Establish and own our recruitment processes
- Build employer branding together with the marketing team
- Support team leads in identifying and attracting top talent
Culture and Development:
- Bring structure to our everyday culture and values
- Plan and facilitate team development, workshops, and social initiatives
- Build onboarding and offboarding experiences
Performance and Structure:
- Implement performance management and feedback routines
- Design salary and compensation strategies
- Develop HR frameworks for compliance, reporting, and people analytics
- Further develop our HR systems
Leadership Support and Org Building:
- Support leadership development and team coaching
- Act as a trusted sparring partner to the CEO and leadership team
🔍 What We’re Looking For
Must-haves:
- Experience building or leading HR
- Firm grasp of both culture and structure – the soft and the hard sides of HR
- Ability to operate strategically and be hands-on
- Exceptional interpersonal skills. We believe deeply in people and the importance of being seen, heard, and taken seriously. You’ll be a key driver of that.
Nice to have:
- Experience from a scale-up or tech environment
- Experience with employer branding, recruitment, and performance management
- Prior experience setting up HR systems and internal knowledge platforms for efficient communication and knowledge-sharing
